Partner Requirements


ActivIdentity Channel Partners must meet the following requirements*:

Process/pre-requisites

  • Complete Partner Qualification Form and Partner Agreement
  • Purchase Starter Pack of ActivIdentity Products and Training

Sales capabilities

  • Demonstrate ability to prospect, qualify and sell ActivIdentity products
  • Keep sales representatives trained
  • Generate a minimum ActivIdentity product “Sales In”

Technical capabilities

  • Responsible for level 1 and 2 customer support
  • Have ability to install, customize, deploy, support and troubleshoot ActivIdentity products
  • Keep a minimum of 2 certified professionals trained
  • Provide technical feedback on ActivIdentity products

Business planning

  • Submit business plan
  • Provide rolling forecast
  • Monthly sales reporting

Marketing

  • Organize a minimum number of end-user lead generation activities per year
  • Proactively position and promote ActivIdentity solutions on your website and provide a link to the ActivIdentity Website
